The Yindjinbarndi Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) is a Registered Native Title Body Corporate which is the representative institution chosen by the Yindjinbarndi People to be their Prescribed Body Corporate, under the Native Title Act 1993 (NTA).
The YAC leads an alliance between the five most significant and long-lived Yindjinbarndi organisations:
- Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation
- Juluwarlu Aboriginal Corporation
- Cheeditha Community
- Nigurrawaana Community
- Ngaarda Tv & Radio
This alliance has a strong history of cooperative achievement with a focus on sustainable community development

Profits from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car franchise move from Cedrent Enterprises WA PTY LTD, the franchisee, through to Yindjibarndi Wealth PTY LTD.
The funds are then allocated to Yindjibarndi Community & Commercial LTD, a separate and independent organisation which manages all revenues negotiated by the Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation.

Yindjibarndi Community & Commercial LTD is the trustee of two separate trusts being:
- Yindjibarndi People Community Trust; and
- Yindjibarndi Commercial Trust (Capital & Wealth)
Once the funds are with YCCL's, the board allocates them to projects that have the most significant benefit to the Yindjibarndi community, focusing specifically on:
- Community development, growth & improvement
- Culture heritage, religion & survival
- Commercial development, progression & advancement
